Embassy of the Republic of Korea in People's Republic of Bangladesh

Ambassador Park Young-sik had a meeting with newly appointed President of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), Taskeen Ahmed, and the accompanying delegation on January 13, 2025. During the meeting, they engaged in in-depth discussions on expanding Korea’s investment in Bangladesh, increasing the number of Bangladeshi workers dispatched to Korea, and enhancing the volume and scope of bilateral trade. They also discussed measures to improve the investment environment in Bangladesh, including the simplification and transparency of visa issuance and customs clearance procedures.
