On Wednesday, October 2nd, Acting Consul General Kwon Tae han hosted a flag-raising ceremony at the Ontario Legislative Assembly to commemorate the 4,356th anniversary of Gaecheonjeol (National Foundation Day) and the 43rd Korean Heritage Day in Ontario.

In Niagara, the illumination of Niagara Falls celebrated the National holiday with white, red, and blue lights symbolizing the Taegukgi (the Korean flag) for National Foundation day.
