Dear AMBASSY Thank you for your good cooperation. I am MR JUNG GIL PARK(assistant manager) of STX marine service in Korea. To request some help, I register this writing in your page. For a long time, IRAQ MOE (Ministry of electricity) & STX have a relation to construct a power plant in IRAQ. Since 2012, JULY, that power plant was under operation to supply the electricity for IRAQ. But because of some unexpected accident in engines , service engineer should be dispatched from korea to recover the engine problem. STX's service engineer were ready to diapatch but always have some difficulty in visa problem.(visa issue process is too long & late & slow) To minimize the difficulty & trouble of IRAQ people caused by engine problem, we need to dispatch the service engineer asap. So I officially request to short the visa issue process at most, especially service engineer. We, STX will supply fulll support to solve the problem of machinery, so I expect your full support in issuing visa quickly. In addition, I attached my company's official letter to remind the emergency situation. Thank you.
