<Notice on Implementation of Tourist Visa(C-3-9) Application via Mail>

Starting May 1, 2024, The Embassy of the Republic of Korea, through the Korean Visa Application Center (KVAC) will start accepting Tourist Visa(C-3-9) Application forms via mail for the convenience of the applicants. Detailed information are as follows:

○ Implementation Date

   - Starting May 1, 2024(Date of receipt by the Assigned Courier Service)

○ Type of Visa Application Accepted

   - Tourist Visa(C-3-9) Application Forms of Filipinos ONLY

   - Visa application of Non-Filipinos and other types of visa must be submitted personally to the Korean Visa Application Center (KVAC) or designated travel agencies.

○ Mailing service accepted areas

   - Nationwide (no regional restriction)

○ Assigned Courier Service: W Express

   - Applications sent to KVAC via“W Express”will ONLY be accepted.

○ Fees and service duration

   - PHP 1,900 for every one (1) application will be collected onsite (PHP 1,000 for mailing service + PHP 900 for KVAC service fee)

   - Fourteen (14) working days (starts from the day the application is received by W Express until final delivery of passport to the applicant)
