Ambassador Lee Sang-hwa delivered a lecture at the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) on February 21 as part of the Area Security Studies module (NSA 204-B) for the Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) program, Regular Course 59 (RC-59).
The lecture centered on the current defense, security, and foreign policy landscape of the Republic of Korea, with a particular emphasis on its national security decision-making process and its alignment with its defined national interests as a middle-power.
