Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Rwanda

1. Description

o The LOGO for 60th diplomatic anniversary between South Korea and Rwanda.

o The logo may include Korean and Rwandan flags, symbols, etc.

2. Who can participate:

o Korean or Rwandan nationals residing in Korea or Rwanda

※ Mandatory for the winners to submit the proof of the residency and the nationality

3. How to participate / register:

o Scan QR Code

o Fill out and submit the application form with the logo in ‘jpg’ or ‘png’

o Description Required

o Two(2)-logo limit per applicant(s)

※ Mandatory for the winners to submit the logo in the format of psd or ai.

4. Application Period

o February 10th to March 9th 2023

5. Evaluation

o Joint evaluation by the Korean Embassy to Rwanda and the Rwandan Embassy to Korea

6. Announcement of winners

o In late March

※ The winners will be noticed individually by e-mail and the announcement will be on the websites of the both embassies.

7. Prize

1st Winner (1)     :   1 million KRW worth prize

2nd Winner (1)   :    500,000 KRW worth prize

Runner-ups (2)   :   Prize within 200,000 KRW

9. Notes

o The Embassy of the Republic of Korea to Rwanda and the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda to Korea hold all rights to the logo designs of all awardees, including their intellectual property right and their utilization which includes, but not limited to, editing, copying, transmission, distribution, and ownership.

o The 1st place-awarded logo will be used in various occasions in 2023 such as the events related to the diplomatic anniversary and its promotional materials.

o The award may be canceled if serious disqualification issues arise such as plagiarism.

o All claims resulting from infringement of proprietary rights or other intellectual property rights related to submitted designs are the sole responsibility of the submitter.
