28/10/2010 - The OECD will publish its latest Economic Outlook, containing analysis and
projections of member countries and other major world economies, in two parts:
Wednesday 3 November 12.30 p.m. - News Briefing: The policy challenges Ahead of the G20 Summit in Seoul, OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría and Chief Economist Thursday 18 November 11.00 a.m. - News Conference: The forecasts Both news conferences will take place in English with French interpretation, at the OECD
Pier Carlo Padoan will present the main trends of the Outlook, the policy challenges facing
governments and the OECD’s recommendations for action.
A short report on the main Outlook trends and policy challenges will be available in English
and French on the OECD's password-protected website from 12.30 p.m. (Paris time) on
3 November for immediate release.
Angel Gurría and Pier Carlo Padoan will present the full Outlook’s projections and analysis.
They will also discuss the OECD’s role as it prepares to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
The Economic Outlook will be available in English, French and German on the OECD's
password-protected website from 11. a.m. (Paris time) on Thursday 18 November for
immediate release.
