1. The government of the Republic of Korea strongly condemns the terrorist attack in Kabul, Afghanistan, on January 27 that has claimed the lives of more than 100 innocent people. Such terrorist attack targeting the lives and safety of civilians is a heinous act against humanity that must be eradicated at any cost.
