1. Mexican Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa Cantellano will be visiting Korea  on July 6-7, 
2010.

2. The minister is expected to hold ministerial talks with Minister Yu Myung-hwan on 
July 6 and discuss the outcomes of the Korea-Mexico Summit meeting and the follow up 
measures, the UN climate change conference, cooperation on green growth and other 
matters on July 7.

3. The minister is visiting Asia (Japan and Indonesia ) as the chair of the COP 16 which 
is slated to be held in early December 2010. The two ministers are expected to discuss 
specific ways to strengthen cooperation for the advancement of the climate change 
negotiations.

※ COP 16 is slated to be held from November 29 to December 10 this year in  Cancun, 
Mexico.

4. On July 7 the minister is also expected to attend a breakfast discussion co-hosted 
by the Presidential Committee on Green Growth and the Embassy of Mexico in Korea 
and a luncheon with the Korean Minister of the Ministry of Environment.
