1. The 4th ROK-China High-Level Strategic Dialogue will be held in Seoul on December 27, with First Vice Foreign Minister Park Suk-hwan and his Chinese counterpart Zhang Zhijun as the heads of their respective delegations.

2. The ROK-China High-Level Strategic Dialogue has been held in the two countries on an annual and rotational basis as agreed at the bilateral summit in August 2008.
