1. About 20 university students from the United Arab Emirates will visit the Republic of Korea from June 28 through July 21 as part of the UAE Youth Ambassadors Program. The Program, which will last for 4 weeks, includes various activities to learn about the ROK, including intensive Korean language training and visits to government entities, industrial sites, and cultural and historical sites.

2. The Program, sponsored by the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, aims to nurture the UAE’s future leaders. The fact that the Program chose the ROK as its first partner country demonstrates the close friendship between the two countries and the UAE’s strong desire for future-oriented cooperation with the ROK.

3. The Youth Ambassadors comprise of students from six UAE universities, who are selected by the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court. The Program is expected to help the participating students grow into future leaders to lead the friendly and cooperative relations between the ROK and the UAE.
