1. A ceremony to appoint advisors on the 2014 ASEAN-ROK Commemorative Summit will take place at the Foreign Ministry on June 27. At the ceremony, Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se will present appointment letters to ten advisors. Afterwards, the Foreign Minister will discuss preparations for the Summit over a luncheon with them.

2. The advisors on the ASEAN-ROK Commemorative Summit are thirteen private sector experts in five areas, including venue design, cultural event, promotion, luncheon and dinner, and interpretation. They are expected to contribute to the successful hosting of the Commemorative Summit by giving advice in their areas of expertise.
