1. The ROK’s renowned Hanbok designer Lee Young-hee’s Hanbok fashion show, which will show the beauty of Hanbok, traditional Korean clothing, will take place in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia with charms of central Europe, on December 3.

2. The Hanbok fashion show, to be held in Slovakia for the first time as part of public diplomacy programs, will promote the image of a charming Korea by introducing the elegant and splendid beauty of Hanbok to the people of Slovakia. The show is also expected to contribute to further strengthening friendly relations between the ROK and Slovakia through exchanges and cooperation in culture and arts.

3. The ROK Embassy in Slovakia is making efforts to extend the ROK-Slovakia relations, currently focused on politics and economy, to other various areas, including culture, education, tourism and sports. The Embassy will continue to conduct public diplomacy activities to reinforce Korea’s image as a charming country.
