1. In order to raise Korean youth’s awareness on APEC’s main agenda items and policies and to present to the youths of the APEC economies the Republic of Korea’s outstanding policies and a development model, the Foreign Ministry, together with the Federation of Korean Industries, will recruit a youth delegation that will attend the “APEC Voices of the Future 2016” conference in Lima, Peru, from November 14 to 20.

2. The young delegates will be selected after the review of the applicants’ work plans and interviews. All undergraduate and graduate students of Korean nationality, including those on leave of absence, are eligible to apply.

3. Those selected will be offered an opportunity to attend the “APEC Voices of the Future 2016” conference on behalf of the ROK.

4. The Foreign Ministry looks forward to drawing keen interest and receiving applications from young Koreans with dreams and passions.
