2. At the forum themed “joint discussions with cooperation partners of the international community,” the participants will learn about content and operation of other countries’ forums on Africa; share the way forward for cooperation with Africa that are proposed by cooperation partners, including the African Union; seek the future direction of the ROK-Africa forum as well as ways for the ROK to work with Africa.

3. The forum, which will bring together those from the academic and government sectors at home and abroad, will cover the topics of Asia-Africa partnership; recommended ways to advance the ROK-Africa relations; and ways to run the ROK-Africa forum.

4. The Korea-Africa Center, launched in January 2015 to function as a think tank and to promote private-public exchanges in the field, is expected to contribute to efforts to enhance the ROK-Africa relations.
