1. The Republic of Korea and China will hold a director-general-level meeting on the delimitation of the maritime boundaries in Beijing on August 7 and 8.

※ The ROK and Chinese head delegates to the meeting will be Director-General for International Legal Affairs Park Chull-joo and Ambassador for Yellow Sea affairs Wang Xiaodu of the Foreign Ministries of the two countries, respectively.

2. The director-general-level meeting will come after the one held in Busan in December 2016 pursuant to the agreement reached at the first formal, bilateral meeting on the delimitation issue in December 2015. At the forthcoming meeting, the two sides will engage in an extensive exchange of views on the full range of matters pertaining to the delimitation of the maritime boundaries between the two countries.
