The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held an “outreach briefing on global youth” for young students in Jeollabuk-do at Chonbuk National University on September 12 to give information on programs conducted by the Foreign Ministry and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to support youth seeking job opportunities abroad.

3. The event was followed by a one-on-one consulting session. In the session, students were able to directly ask officials in charge of programs that suit them for detailed information.

o Students asked many questions about language ability required to apply for the programs, and the costs of participation. They also showed much interest in assistance provided by the Foreign Ministry and KOICA.
