2. Mr. Won, Doyeon, Director-General for Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), and Mr. Marcos Athias Neto, Director of the Bureau for Policy and Programme Support of the UNDP (Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations), headed their respective delegations.

4. The two sides agreed to strengthen the monitoring and performance review of the USPC’s key projects at the annual steering committee meeting, and to explore ways to enhance the effectiveness of the projects through cooperation between the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Seoul Policy Centre.

5. In addition, the two sides agreed to elevate the thought leadership of Korea and the UNDP in the international community’s discussions on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including through the Seoul Debates and the local launch of the Human Development Report in 2024 in Korea.
