1. Deputy Minister for Multilateral and Global Affairs Shin Dong-ik of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs met Representative of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Korea Dirk Hebecker on December 11, and handed over 12 million won, which was raised at the “year-end charity concert together with the diplomatic corps in the ROK” on December 9, to be used as part of the UNHCR’s Syria emergency relief fund.
